When you submit a coverage check or enquiry form, or message Blitsie on WhatsApp, we may collect your name, phone number, email address, location details, customer type, package interest and any message you provide.
How we use your information
We use your information to respond to your enquiry, check coverage at your location, recommend suitable packages, provide support via Blitsie, and arrange installation if applicable.
Data sharing
We do not sell your personal information. Data may be stored in our CRM (Splynx) for customer service and lead management purposes. WhatsApp conversation logs are stored securely for support quality.
